Gus’s Fried Chicken & Over Easy openings, Brickyard Downtown brunch & more

• The new Ahwatukee location of Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken will host a fundraiser for SEEDS of Autism from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday. You can RSVP here. The Memphis-based chain’s fourth Valley location hopes to open to the public Wednesday or Thursday.

• Valley-based brunch concept Over Easy will open its 11th Arizona location on Saturday, June 24, at the Shoppes at Casa Paloma on the southeast corner of I-10 and Ray in west Chandler.

The Brickyard Downtown, one of Chandler’s most acclaimed restaurants, has launched a brunch menu available from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Highlight include Short Ribs & Eggs Benedict, Chorizo Potatoes (pictured abiove), and Pain Perdu. See the full menu here.

Queen Creek Olive Mill has launched several summer specials, including $2 off single scoops of gelato from 2-5 p.m., two pizzas and two pints (or two glasses of wine) for $45 from 2 p.m.-close, or an antipasto board and select bottle of wine for $30.

Black Angus Steakhouse, which has four Valley locations, will host a Brewcraft Experience Dinner at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 22. Three foods courses will be paired with beer-infused cocktails for $51.99 per person. See the menu here.
