🍕🍺 Bottled Blonde, a 9-year-old casual Italian eatery in Old Town Scottsdale from Valley nightlife entrepreneurs Diane and Les Corieri, is planning a second location in the former Bergie’s Coffee Roast House space in downtown Gilbert.
The space: An all-new pizzeria and beer garden will be housed in a custom-built, two-story building crowned with a retractable-rooftop patio.
- Bottled Blonde also will be a hub for sports and entertainment thanks to oversized TVs and state-of-the-art light and sound systems.
The food: Beside gourmet pizzas, chef Joe Absolor’s modern Italian favorites include appetizers, sandwiches, pastas, and weekend brunch.
The drinks: An extensive list of craft cocktails and frozen adult beverages, plus beer and wine.
Did you know: The Corieris’ nightlife empire also includes popular Sandbar at SanTan Village in Gilbert.
Timetable: Bottled Blonde Gilbert is scheduled to start construction in early 2024.
