🔥🍨 Fabio On Fire Panini & Gelateria, a spinoff of owner-chef Fabio Ceschetti’s popular Fabio on Fire, has opened on the southeast corner of Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria.
The space: The 1,500-square-foot space, formerly home to Wow Wow Lemonade, has a deli counter, a restaurant counter, a gelato case, a small grocery section for imported Italian goods, and, of course, a wood-fired oven.
The food: As the name applies, a dozen paninis on fresh-baked bread ($13.95-$15.95) and a rotating selection of gelato ($4.50-$7.50).
Hours: 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday. Closed Monday.
