Hot Chicken Alley, yet another chicken concept, opens in Paradise Valley

Well, we almost went an entire week without a new hot chicken restaurant opening in the Valley … until Hot Chicken Alley debuted on the southwest corner of Tatum and Thunderbird in Paradise Valley.

The space: The former home of Go Go China, which closed last year, in the Furniture N More shopping center.

The food: Chicken tenders – served alone, on buns, or in flour tortillas – in five levels of spiciness: no heat, lite heat, hot, X hot, and ridiculous.

  • Sides include fries, cole slaw, and mac and cheese.

The drinks: Fountain drinks and iced teas.

The hours: 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.
