Valley-based brunch concept Over Easy will open its 11th Arizona location at 6:30 a.m. Saturday at the Shoppes at Casa Paloma on the southeast corner of I-10 and Ray in west Chandler.
The concept: Launched in 2008 in Arcadia, Over Easy has been featured on the Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives,” in Bon Appétit magazine, and as one of America’s best breakfast and brunch restaurants in Travel & Leisure.
The food: Standard breakfast fare, including some dishes with unusual twists, such as a Waffle Dog (a sausage link on a stick dipped in waffle batter), chicken and waffle (with a blend of hot sauce and syrup), and ham steak and eggs with redeye gravy.
The drinks: Juices, coffee drinks, and breakfast cocktails.
The hours: 6:30 a.m.-2 p.m. daily.
