Korean corn dog pop-up Krispy Dogz moves from California to Ahwatukee

Krispy Dogz, a Korean corn dog pop-up eatery that originated in a backyard in Santa Rosa, Calif., during the covid pandemic, has moved into a bricks-and-mortar space on the southeast corner of Chandler and 32nd Street in Ahwatukee.

The food: Six kinds of Korean corn dogs with a variety of toppings are the focus. Prices are $4.49-$6.19 per corn dog.

  • The menu also offers bulgogi dumplings, kimchi fries, basil popcorn chicken, and more.

The drinks: Boba milk teas, fruit teas, real fruit smoothies, and coffee drinks.

Did you know: The first 15 diners each day from Friday through July 6 will get a free corn dog or drink of their choice.

The hours: 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. daily.  (Note: Kitchen closes between 3-4 p.m. to change the oil.)
