Hash Kitchen opens 7th location today at Verde at Cooley Station in Gilbert

🍳🥞🍹 Hash Kitchen, one the Valley’s favorite brunch spots, opens of its seventh location today at Verde at Cooley Station on the southwest corner of Williams Field and Recker in Gilbert.

The concept: Hash Kitchen was created by the Scottsdale-based Maggiore Group (The Sicilian Butcher, The Mexicano, The Italiano, etc.), which sold a majority share of the brunch concept to a private equity firm in 2021.

The food: Popular over-the-top dishes include Cannoli Donuts, Billionaire’s Bacon, The Best F#*%ing Birria Hash, Bread Pudding French Toast Sticks, and Avocado Toast Hash Style.

The drinks: The bar offers six kinds of Bloody Marys (plus 50 toppings to create your own), flights of mimosas, and craft cocktails.

Other locations: Scottsdale (two), Peoria (two), Phoenix, and Chandler.

The hours: 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
