🥩 Steak and Stone Steakhouse and BBQ, a northeast Mesa restaurant that specializes in steak and other meats served on hot cooking stones, is closing July 16.
The reason: According to the restaurant’s social media, the building it occupies at Falcon Field airport has been sold.
The history: Steak and Stone opened in late 2015.
- It launched a second location in 2017 at Gilbert Town Square but closed it after less than a year.
What’s next: The restaurant will continue to operate normal hours through July 16.
