🍣 Island Fin Poke, a Florida-based fast-casual chain founded in 2017, makes its Arizona debut Monday at Verde at Cooley Station on the southwest corner of Williams Field and Recker in Gilbert.
Free food: As a preview, Island Fin will be serving free poke bowls from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
The food: Build-your-own poke bowls with a choice of eight proteins: Ahi tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, octopus, shrimp, chicken, Spam, or tofu.
- Five marinating sauces, five finishing sauces, and 25 toppings to choose from.
The drinks: Sodas.
Hours: 11 a.m.-9 p.m daily.
