🍺🇲🇽🌮 Buqui Bichi Brewery, a Mexican craft brewer based in Hermosillo, Sonora, has opened its first U.S. taproom on the southeast corner of Arizona and Frye in downtown Chandler.
The background: Buqui Bichi, founded in 2016, was named the country’s best large brewery at Mexico’s annual craft beer event, Cerveza Mexico, last November.
The food: Burgers, tacos, tostadas, aguachiles, pizzas, and more.
The drinks: 18 beers on tap, including Buqui Bichi’s five year-round beers (Kolsch, IPA, hazy IPA, amber, and coffee stout) and several seasonals.
- A full bar also offers tequilas, mezcals, Mexican cocktails, margaritas, and wine.
Hours: 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-1 a.m. Friday-Saturday, and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.
