🥩🍸⚾️ The Arizona Diamondbacks show off the latest addition to their roster – their roster of Chase Field food and drink offerings – with the game-day debut of Bourbon & Bones Cocktail Lounge tonight.
The space: Scottsdale-based Square One Concepts took over the former Friday’s Front Row, which closed in 2020. It used most of the 14,000-square-foot perch in the left-field for its popular Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers concept, which opened last September.
- The remainder of the space has become a 130-seat Bourbon & Bones Cocktail Lounge, a recent addition to the Old Town Scottsdale location of its upscale chophouse and bar concept.
The food: Shareable plates, such as blue cheese-stuffed Medjool dates, prime beef skewers, and fried pesto shrimp.
The drinks: Bourbons, whiskeys, wines, and craft beers.
The hours: Doors open two hours prior to Diamondbacks games and concerts.
- No game ticket is required to enter the lounge, but reservations are strongly recommended.
