🥭🍓🥤 Frutilandia, a Valley-born franchise concept offering Latin and Mexican frozen treats, has opened its ninth location on the northeast corner of Bethany Home and 27th Avenue in Phoenix.
The space: The 4,200-square-foot space has a walk-up counter, an ice cream counter, indoor seating for 98 people, and a drive-thru.
The food: Desserts include classics such as a Mangoneada (pictured), Sinful Fruit Salad, and signature Strawberries and Cream.
- On the savory side, snacks include Tosti Elote, chips served in their bag with corn, mayonnaise, cotija cheese, nacho cheese, and lime juice.
The drinks: Highlights include the Dulce Churro Milkshake with housemade dulce de leche and a cajeta-filled churro and the Unicorn’s Dream, a cotton candy ice cream shake.
Grand opening special: Buy.any 20-ounce raspado and get another free (one per person per visit) through Tuesday, Aug. 1.
The hours: 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 11 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Sunday.
