🥪 San Francisco-based Ike’s Love & Sandwiches has soft-opened its 11th Valley location at the Crossroads Towne Center on the southeast corner of Gilbert and the Loop 202 in Gilbert.
The food: More than 800 sandwiches, many named for Bay Area celebrities, featuring its proprietary Dutch Crunch bread and signature Dirty Sauce.
The drinks: Fountain and canned sodas, Calypso lemonades, bottled water.
Open: 10 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
Grand opening event: The first 50 people in line at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, will receive a free sandwich, T-shirt, and a chance to win free sandwiches for a year.
