🥗 🎉 The Gladly, the New American restaurant in Phoenix’s Biltmore neighborhood, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this month with a $10 special on its most famous menu item – the Original Stetson Salad – on Mondays.
The dish: The Original Chopped Salad combines rows of smoked salmon, arugula, Israeli couscous, marinated tomatoes, house-made trail mix, and sweet dried corn with a buttermilk herb dressing and is mixed table side.
The background: Created by chef-owner Bernie Kantak while he was working at the now-defunct Cowboy Caio in Old Town Scottsdale, the salad has won numerous awards and inspired many variations nationwide.
The details: You can get the Original Chopped Salad (normally $17) for just $10 from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Mondays in August.
