D.C.-based chain Cava opens 4th Valley location at Cornerstone in Tempe

🥗🥙 Cava, a Washington, D.C.-based Mediterranean fast-casual chain, has opened its fourth Valley location at Cornerstone on the northeast corner of Rural and University in Tempe.

The space: It takes over the ground-floor space formerly home to ASU fave Sushi 101, which moved about a half-mile east on University.

The food: Six specialty bowls and four specialty pitas ($11.15-$14.95), plus build-your-own options. (Pictured: Lemon chicken bowl.)

The drinks: House-made fruit drinks, teas, and sodas.

The hours: 10:45 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
