🍕🍻 Holiday Toast & Tap, a locally owned restaurant and bar, has soft-opened in the former Copper & Logs space on the southwest corner of Greenfield and Warner in Gilbert.
The space: Copper & Logs, which opened in February 2020, was sold in June. Other previous occupants include Pizza A Metro, Via, and Tutti Santi.
The menu: During soft opening, wood-fired pizzas with beer (12 on draft, plus more in bottles), wine, and cocktails. Full menu coming soon.
The hours: During soft opening, 3-11 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday.
