🍞🥖 Don Guerra, the James Beard Award-winning baker from Barrio Bread in Tucson, has unveiled the first menu for his new store in Gilbert:

- Red Fife with Pumpkin snd Sunflower Seeds

- Pan Rustico
- Barrio Baguette and Pain Epi
- Barrio Bagels (Plain, Everything, and Sesame)
Guerra announced in July he’d be partnering with the Hayden Flour Mills kitchen on the northeast corner of Arizona and Guadalupe.
The store opening is scheduled for Oct. 17.
