🍳🧇 Brunch Snob, a local concept that debuted in Ahwatukee last year, has opened a second location on the northeast corner of Seventh Street and Missouri in uptown Phoenix.
The space formerly was home to vegan restaurant Verdura, which closed in May after four years, and, before that, Pomegranate Cafe.
The Restaurant Brokers facilitated the sale.
Brunch Snob’s creative menu includes such dishes as:
- Chicken Fried Bacon
- Smoked Spam Sliders
- Cajun Shrimp & Grits Benny
- Big Ass Cinnamon Roll French Toast
- Smoked Brisket Breakfast Tacos (pictured)
Brunch Snob debuted in the former Irish Hare space next to Safeway on the southwest corner of Elliot and 48th Street in January 2022.
Co-owner Celene Hillsbery also owns the Sacks Sandwiches on University and Hardy in Tempe.
