Doughbird opens 2nd Valley location today in north central Phoenix

🍕🍗 Fox Restaurant Concepts debuted Doughbird in Arcadia in 2016. The new location is at The Colony on Seventh Street between Monetbello and Missouri.

Its menu focuses on hand-stretched pizzas and rotisserie chicken, and also includes a few staples from Fox to-go concept Fly Bye.

(Fly Bye previously occupied space at yet another sibling, Culinary Dropout, next door to the new Doughbird.)

“The fact that we’re bringing together all the heavy hitters from the original Doughbird menu, plus amping it up with Fly Bye originals, is going to be fun … and delicious,” FRC founder Sam Fox says.

In addition to wine and local craft beers, there are craft cocktails.

Doughbird features a central bar with big-screen TVs, retractable garage doors, and a covered patio.
