🏨 The internationally inspired hotel, the first hotel from Valley restaurateur Sam Fox, is getting final touches on the northwest corner of 44th Street and Camelback in Phoenix.
Four out of the five restaurants at The Global Ambassador also will open that day:
- Le Âme (pictured), a Parisian steakhouse with an all-day menu;
- Le Market, a Parisian patisserie with an in-house fromager;
- Pink Dolphin, a Mexican- and Peruvian-inspired poolside restaurant;
- Lobby Bar, serving classic and craft cocktails with a European flair.
Theà, a Mediterranean rooftop restaurant, is scheduled to open Dec. 27.
