🍟🇳🇵 Frites Street and Mr. Momo will join forces – marrying Belgian-style fries and Nepali dumplings known as momos – from 5-10 p.m. Saturday at the Dusk Market. on the southeast corner of Central and Roosevelt in downtown Phoenix.
The french fry manufacturer and Nepali food truck will be offering two dishes:
- Samomos with Chaat Seasoned Lattice-Cut Chips: Crispy momos with curried potatoes, peas, and carom seeds served on a bed of chaat chips drizzled with mint chutney.
- Momos ’n’ Waffle Fries (pictured): Chicken and vegetable momos paired with crispy waffle fries seasoned with chiles and lemongrass.
