🥃 One Handsome Bastard – a distillery, bar, and restaurant – has opened in the former Blue Clover Distillery space on the northwest corner of Marshall Way and Indian School in Old Town Scottsdale.
The name is a reference to owner Trish Ritchie’s late husband, Brad, who died of cancer at age 56.
A streamlined menu offers salads, burgers, chicken sandwiches, Philly cheesesteaks, and flatbread pizzas.
The distillery will continue to market vodka, gin, and bitters under the Blue Clover label, as well as One Handsome Bastard vodka.
