☕️🍻🍹 Maple House, the fourth downtown Chandler concept from restaurateur Gavin Jacobs, has soft-opened in downtown Chandler.

The coffee and cocktail bar is housed in a 1940s cottage built after World War II on the northeast corner of Boston and California – two blocks west of Dr. A.J. Chandler Park.

Maple House offers 10 craft cocktails (seven low-alcohol and three non-alcoholic); 22 taps for craft beers, nitro coffee, and nitro tea; and 23 wines by the glass.

The original maple grove includes 8,500 square feet of indoor-outdoor dining space, including three outdoor fire places and an outdoor stage for live music.

A grand opening celebration will be held Saturday, Dec. 16.

Jacob’s other restaurants are Brickyard Downtown, Hidden House, and the recently opened Elliott’s Steakhouse.
