🌮 Dos Pink, a vegan Mexican restaurant specializing in plant-based tacos with pink tortillas, will close Saturday, Dec. 23, after 10 months in downtown Phoenix.
‘‘For personal reasons, the property owner of our restaurant has put the restaurant up for sale, so obviously that means we no longer have a restaurant at this location,’’ co-owner Brittany Lawber says in an Instagram video.
Dos Pink, originally named Dos Pink Tacos, started at the Tempe Food Court before moving into the short-lived Ay, Chebela space near the southeast corner of Roosevelt and Seventh Street.
