🧁 Cafe 86, a California-based chain of Filipino tea, coffee, and dessert shops, makes its Arizona debut from 6-10 p.m. Saturday on the northwest corner of Alma School and Ray in Chandler.
It takes over the strip-mall space formerly home to Revive juice bar, which closed last year.
Signature menu items include ube leche flan cupcakes, ube pop tarts, churrochi (mochi dough grilled with butter and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar), and halo-halo.
