🥢 Mimi Kitchen, a self-described ‘‘authentic Shanghai diner,’’ has soft-opened in the former Teriyaki Kitchen building on the northwest corner of Dobson and Guadalupe in southwest Mesa.
The highlights of the temporary menu are house-made egg noodles, available in bone (chicken and pork) noodle soup, spring onion oil noodle dishes, or fried noodle dishes.
There also are rice bowls and five dim sum selections.
Beverages include coconut milk, banana milk, and Wanglaoji herbal tea.
