🔥 Roberto Centeno, the James Beard Award semifinalist chef at Espiritu, and Armando Hernandez, the owner of Tacos Chiwas and Cocina Chiwas, are teaming up to open a new concept in Arcadia.
Santo Arcadia, a grill-focused Mexican restaurant, is expected to open in January on the northeast corner of 44th Street and Osborn, according to AZ Central.
The 7,500-square-foot pace previously was home to The Vintage Arcadia cafe.
Santo, which is Spanish for ‘‘saint,’’ will use two types of grills – wood and charcoal.
