🚫 Teddy’s Preserve, an indoor-outdoor craft beer and wine bar in the same building as its sibling, Teddy Roosevelt-themed basement bar Rough Rider, has closed after 10 months on the northeast corner of Central and Roosevelt in downtown Phoenix.
‘‘Teddy’s Preserve will be closing as of today to make way for new ownership and a new concept set to open in early 2024,’’ the bar posted on social media Sunday.
‘‘We hope you continue your patronage for the new owners and their concept.’’
