🦞🥩🍔 It’s getting hard to keep up with the fast-growing new drive-through empire of Tony and Roushan Christofellis, who sold their popular chain Salad and Go in 2020.
The couple launched Angie’s Lobster, offering $9.99 lobster meals, in 2021 and will open its sixth Valley location in Glendale in early 2024.
Angie’s Prime Grill ($9.99 prime steak, organic chicken, and lobster tail bowls) debuted two months ago and has three locations, including one it shares with an Angie’s Lobster. A fourth will open this summer in Phoenix.
Last week, the couple announced most Angie’s Lobster locations have enough extra room to co-share their buildings with Angie’s Prime Grill in 2024.
Now, the Christofellises plan to unveil Angie’s Burgers (a steakhouse burger, fries and a drink for $9.99) next month at their test kitchen and distribution center in north Phoenix.
The Christofellises intend to open a total of 20 new Valley locations of their three Angie concepts (named for Tony’s late mother) in 2024, plus two in Tucson and one in Las Vegas.
