🍲 Haidilao, China’s largest chain of hot pot restaurants, will make its Arizona debut next year at the Mekong Plaza on the southwest corner of Dobson and Main in west Mesa.

Founded in Sichuan province 1994, the chain operates 1,400 restaurants in China and more than 100 others worldwide, including 13 in the United States.

Haidailao diners choose up to four soup bases in a single pot. Meats and vegetables are placed into the broths to cook, then dipped in one of 20 sauces.

Look for a summer opening.
