Happy Lemon’s signature drinks are its line of rock salt cheese teas.
The stores recently began serving crispy bubble waffles.
What’s rock salt cheese tea?
Created by Happy Lemon, the salted cheese topping is made of cream cheese, whipped cream, milk, and rock salt. Besides specifically designed salted cheese teas, you can add the topping to any tea on the menu for a dollar.
