Théa Mediterranean Rooftop, the fifth and final restaurant to debut at Sam Fox’s new food-first luxury hotel The Global Ambassador, opens today on the northwest corner of Camelback and 44th Street in east Phoenix.
What’s on the menu?
Mezze (appetizers), pasta, and coastal seafood, plus shareable plates like dips, flatbreads, vegetables, and marinated protein skewers.
Cocktails combine ‘‘the classic with the unexpected’’ and feature fresh and house-made ingredients.
Théa also offers one of the country’s most expansive rosé collections.
The space
Théa, which translates to ‘‘goddess of light,’’ promises grand sunset views of Camelback Mountain from atop the five-story hotel. Lively DJ sets will help bring the rooftop to life.
