🏨 Théa Mediterranean Rooftop, the fifth and final restaurant to debut at Sam Fox’s new food-first luxury hotel The Global Ambassador, opens today on the northwest corner of Camelback and 44th Street in east Phoenix.
What’s on the menu?
🐟 Mezze (appetizers), pasta, and coastal seafood, plus shareable plates like dips, flatbreads, vegetables, and marinated protein skewers.
🍹 Cocktails combine ‘‘the classic with the unexpected’’ and feature fresh and house-made ingredients.
🍷 Théa also offers one of the country’s most expansive rosé collections.
The space
⛰️ Théa, which translates to ‘‘goddess of light,’’ promises grand sunset views of Camelback Mountain from atop the five-story hotel. Lively DJ sets will help bring the rooftop to life.
