🍺 Gilbert-based Uncle Bear’s Brewery has closed one of its five dog-themed Grill & Tap restaurants – the 2-year-old location on the northeast corner of Tatum and Shea in Paradise Valley.
Why did it close?
According to owner Todd Carey, ‘‘We sadly never got the traction at this location that Uncle Bear’s typically thrives on since introducing ourselves to the Valley in 2000, and have decided to sell this particular location to another local entrepreneur.’’
What about the dog photos?
Guests who brought in framed photos of their dogs to adorn the walls (like all Grill & Tap locations) are welcome to pick up their photos or have them transferred to the Uncle Bear’s at Scottsdale and Bell.
