🥓🍺 The Beer Research Institute in Mesa will complement four unique bacon preparations with four of its craft beers at its monthly pairing all day (while supplies last) Thursday, Jan. 25. Cost is $25.
The pairings
- Thick bacon, goat cheese, and grilled fennel served on crostini and drizzled with beurre blanc sauce. Paired with Lolli Belgian Blonde.
- Crispy slab bacon burnt ends glazed with Asian-inspired BBQ sauce. Paired with 480G West Coast IPA.
- Smoked Canadian bacon cooked into a fried potato pancake with Maple Country gravy. Paired with Writer’s Block Helles.
- Thick-cut bacon dipped in milk chocolate, slathered in marshmallow fluff, and coated in crushed graham cracker. Paired with Morning Sex Milk Stout.
