The restaurants
La Fogata: The resort’s signature restaurant delivers modern Sonoran cuisine married with a fusion of global influences. Open 7 a. m.-10 p.m. daily.
The Madam: A speakeasy harkening the Roaring Twenties with riffs on classic cocktails alongside modern creations. Open 4 p.m.-midnight Wednesday-Saturday.
The Social Boardroom: A casual lounge-style atmosphere for all ages with various entertainment options. Open 4 p.m.-midnight Wednesday-Saturday.
Barnaby’s Café & Wine Bar: An upscale café focused on wellness-oriented cuisine highlighting local purveyors and a global wine list. Open 6 a.m.-8 p.m. daily.
