👨🍳👨🍳 Well-known East Valley chefs Jeff Kraus (left) of Crêpe Bar and Adam Allison of Handlebar Diner and Brightside Burgers will collaborate on a pop-up dinner from 4-8:30 Thursday at Caffe Boa in Ahwatukee.
The menu
1st course: Freeform lobster lasagna, sauce thermidor, whipped ricotta, spinach, roasted tomato, mozzarella, ‘‘corner piece’’ tuille, lemon.
2nd course: Seared New York strip, pizzaiola sauce, salsa verde risotto, porcini and portobella mushrooms, arugula, Frankie’s 457.
Dessert: Coffee cherry churned zabaglione with olive oil bombolini.
