Oregon-based Black Rock Coffee Bar will open its eighth Mesa location at 5 a.m. Friday near the northwest corner of Signal Butte and Elliot.
The new location will offer $2 medium drinks all day Friday, plus various deals during the subsequent week.
It’s Black Rock’s 35th store in the Valley.
