Paris Banh Mi Cafe & Bakery makes AZ debut in Glendale

🇻🇳 Paris Banh Mi Cafe & Bakery, a Florida-based chain of Vietnamese sandwich and coffee shops, has made its Arizona debut next to Carraba’s Italian Grill on the northeast corner of Bell and 57th Avenue in Glendale.

What’s on the menu?

Seven of its namesake sandwiches (a sliced baguette typically filled with meat, pickled vegetables, cilantro, cucumber, jalapenos, and a pâté or mayonnaise), four croissant sandwiches, and four ‘‘burgers.’’

Also available: Appetizers (such as eggs rolls and firecracker shrimp), Korean corn dogs, pho noodle soups, pastries, and ice cream.

Besides coffee drinks, beverages include a variety of teas and slushies.

The chain

Paris Banh Mi was founded in Orlando, Fla., in 2019 by Hien Tran, who grew up in Paris, and Doan Nguyen, who owned several bakeries in Saigon. It now has 42 locations across the U.S..
