🚧 Mark Tarbell, chef/owner of Tarbell’s and host of TV’s ‘‘Check Please! Arizona,’’ is partnering with the developer of Bond, formerly known as the Biltmore Commerce Center, to oversee its food and drink operations.
Food & drink amenities
The under-renovation 287,000-square-foot office building on the northeast corner of Camelback and 32nd Street in Phoenix will include Cultivate, a full-service coffee, cocktail, and food service bar, and The Vault, a sub-level speakeasy.
Catering and delivery services also will be available to tenants.
What’s next?
The first phase of renovations at Bond are scheduled to open this summer.
