🍔 Eureka!, a California-based chain of two dozen American gastropubs, has made its Arizona debut at Novus Place, the new entertainment district at the Novus Innovation Corridor, near the northwest corner of University and Rural on the east side of ASU’s Tempe campus.

What’s on the menu?

Most of the nine burgers feature Santa Carota beef, a California Angus raised almost exclusively on a diet of carrots.

Also available: salads, sandwiches, wings, nachos, fish and chips, chicken tenders, slow-cooked pork ribs, and bourbon barrel cake.

Highlights of the full bar include 20 craft beers on tap and a selection of small-batch whiskeys.

The space

The 4,800-square-foot restaurant, which seats up to 203 people, has an all-weather patio with a water feature. Every location has a different look and feel.

Did you know?

Eureka’s sibling concepts include Electric Pickle, which also is making its Arizona debut in Tempe this spring.
