🥦 Early Bird Vegan, a 100% vegan brunch eatery that opened in south Phoenix in 2020, has launched a second location in the lobby of the Sonoran University of Health Sciences medical office building on the northwest corner of the Loop 101 and Broadway in Tempe.
What’s on the menu?
Sandwiches include a Buffalo Basic Birdie, Tunah Salad Sandwich, and Pesto Grilled Cheez.
Bowls include a Shrimp Mac N Cheez Bowl, Nacho Taco Salad Bowl, and Quinoa Birdie Bowl.
There also are salads, sides, pastries, juices, coffee drinks, and a grab-and-go cold case.
Did you know?
Early Bird Vegan also has operated the Trash Panda Vegan food truck since 2020. Chef-owner Krystal Mack has been sued by national chain Panda Express over the use of ‘‘Panda’’ in the food truck’s name.
