🐕 Scottsdale-based Echo Coffee opens its second location Wednesday inside the Arizona Humane Society’s new state-of-the-art Rob & Melani Walton Papago Park Campus on the southwest corner of Van Buren and 55th Street in east Phoenix.
Echo Coffee owner Rob Rigolfi Jr. (pictured), who has four dogs, has been donating 1% of all sales to the AHS since 2021.
What’s on the menu?
Coffee drinks, hot cocoa, tea, lemonade, and pastries, as well as baked dog treats.
Also available: 12-ounce “doggie bags” ($20) of freshly roasted, organic, whole bean coffee featuring renderings of Rigolfi’s dogs: Diesel, Chunky, Peggy, and Luna.
Patrons get a free cold brew for every two bags of beans purchased in store.
Did you know?
The 30-year-old Rigolfi previously created the Bob Rabbit Project, a non-profit dedicated to aiding underserved communities in Haiti.
