🏨 After a covid-induced four-year delay, the Caesars Republic Scottsdale hotel opens today on the northeast corner of Goldwater and Highland on the north side of Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The 11-story hotel has three restaurants – Luna by Giada, Pronto by Giada, and Seven – which also open today.
Luna by Giada
The high-end Italian restaurant and bar, located on the first floor, is a new signature concept from celebrity chef, restaurateur, and Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis.
The menu features pastas, pizzas, and entrees such as Mediterranean branzino, pork chop saltimbocca, and chicken panzanella. The online menu doesn’t have prices, but the hotel website designates the overall price point as ‘‘$$$’’ out of four.
(Update: I’ve since received Luna’s menu with prices.)
The restaurant is open 5-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 4-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 4-10 p.m. Sunday. The Luna Bar opens at noon daily.
Pronto by Giada
A casual-quick Italian eatery, also on the first floor, previously debuted at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The Scottsdale version is smaller with a more limited menu.
The menu offers breakfast items such as pancetta and egg sandwiches and Giada’s Oatmeal and lunch items such as chicken parmesan paninis and Tuscan salads. (The overall price point designated as ‘‘$.’’)
Open 6 a.m.-2 p.m. daily.
Seven
The high-end American restaurant and rooftop pool lounge (its corner of hotel is only seven stories tall) is a new concept from Scottsdale-based Riot Hospitality (Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, El Hefe, Cake, etc.)
No menu has been released. (The overall price point is designated as ‘‘$$$.’’)
Sports fans will find 20-plus TVs and access to the Caesars Sports Book.
Open 11 a.m.-midnight Monday-Wednesday, 11 a.m.-2 a.m. Thursday-Friday, 10 a.m.-2 a.m. Saturday, 10 a.m.-midnight Sunday.
