🍸 Postino, the Valley’s pioneering wine cafe that was founded in 2001 and now has 21 locations in four states (including eight in Arizona), has introduced cocktails to its menu for the first time.

The cocktails

  • Aperol Spritz: Aperol, Prosecco, soda, orange ($13);
  • Classic G&T: Askur gin, Owen’s tonic, rosemary, lemon ($13);
  • Tré Cucumber: Helix vodka, Caravella limoncello, cucumber, honey ($13);
  • Prickly Pear Mezcal Marg: 400 Conejos Mezcal, triple sec, prickly pear, lime ($14);
  • Smokes Old Fashion: Buffalo Trace bourbon, Johnnie Walker Black, honey, citrus ($14);
  • Negroni: Askur gin, Campari, Carpano vermouth ($14).

The quote

“Postino has always been known for our ever-changing selection of craft wines and beers that are affordable, unpretentious, and fun,” says Brent Karlicek, vice president of beverage at Upward Projects. “We wanted to take the same approach with our first-ever cocktail menu.”
