The Pairing Room soft-opens in former Larder & Delta space in Phoenix

🍷🍺 The Pairing Room – a restaurant created by Doajo Hicks, the owner of Coronado Vineyards and Throne Brewing, to pair food with his wines and beers – has soft-opened on the northwest corner of Central and Portland in downtown Phoenix.

What’s on the menu?

The menu from chef Dezmond Gutierrez features appetizers ($10-$15), salads ($9-$12), entrees ($22-$30), and desserts ($8-$10).

Highlights include crispy chicken curry ($22, pictured), red chile sirloin ($30), blood orange chicken lollipops ($15), chocolate mousse ($8, pictured), and chai tea crème brûlée ($12).

The space

Formerly home to The Larder & The Delta, which closed in October after eight years.
