🥙 Sasa Restaurant & Sweets, a Mediterranean fast-casual eatery and bakery, has opened in the former Lebanese restaurant Mijana Express space on the southwest corner of Thunderbird and 40th Street in north Phoenix. Sasa’s menu features beef and chicken shawarma, beef kofta, beef and chicken gyros, falafel, baba ghanouj, hummus, dolma, kibbeh, and baklava. Open 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday.
