
⏳ Several notable Valley restaurants are preparing to close for good this summer. So if you want to make a final visit, you’d better act quickly.
Barrio Cafe: Chef Silvana Salcido Esparza’s groundbreaking Mexican restaurant, which opened in Phoenix in 2002, closes May 31.
Serrano’s Mexican Restaurant: Chandler’s oldest family-owned business, dating back to 1919, closes its flagship downtown location June 1.
Old Spaghetti Factory: The Oregon-based chain closes its 14-year-old Chandler Fashion Center location, one of its two restaurants in the Valley, June 9.
Peacock Wine & Book Bar: The Gilbert neighborhood wine bar, which opened in 2019 and merged with a bookstore last year, closes June 15.
Binkley’s Restaurant: Kevin and Amy Binkley’s 22-seat midtown Phoenix restaurant celebrates its 20th anniversary Saturday, but closes in mid-August (date TBA).
