Serrano’s Mexican Restaurant: Chandler’s oldest family-owned business, dating back to 1919, closes its flagship downtown location June 1.

Old Spaghetti Factory: The Oregon-based chain closes its 14-year-old Chandler Fashion Center location, one of its two restaurants in the Valley, June 9.

Peacock Wine & Book Bar: The Gilbert neighborhood wine bar, which opened in 2019 and merged with a bookstore last year, closes June 15.

Binkley’s Restaurant: Kevin and Amy Binkley’s 22-seat midtown Phoenix restaurant celebrates its 20th anniversary Saturday, but closes in mid-August (date TBA).
