🏡 Garden Bar, an award-winning cocktail bar that opened in downtown Phoenix in 2021, is up for sale. Owner Kim Haasarud, former president of the United States Bartenders’ Guild, and her husband, Kevin, say they’re selling for a better work-life balance, adding that Garden Bar would remain open for at least two more months. Buyers have the option of purchasing the 1914 bungalow or just the bar business.
