🍩 Congrats to two East Valley residents who won this year’s Donut Flavor Craze contest at Bashas’. Brian Vehon from Mesa won the adult category with his “What’s Up, Doc?” doughnut (a light cream cheese frosting with carrot cake crumbles) inspired by Bugs Bunny. Elizabeth B., a 17-year-old from Gilbert, took the kids’ category with her “Pot of Honey” doughnut (crumbled Nilla wafters and a drizzle of honey on top, with two Nilla cookies placed on top for ears) inspired by Winnie-the-Pooh. Both doughnuts will be available at Bashas’ statewide starting Friday.
