🍹 Back in March, I wrote about Phoenix’s contest to create a signature cocktail embodying the country’s fifth-largest city. Now we have a winner. The top vote-getter in blind tastings throughout the Valley is The Phoenix – Milagro’s reposado tequila shaken with chiltepin mesquite honey syrup, lemon juice, and prickly pear – created by Santo bartender Nicole Long (pictured on left, with Phoenix mayor Kate Gallego).
